The art of healing…

Looking at the beautiful and thoughtful art pieces has brought a sense of healing I hadn’t expected. I realize the artwork aren’t just decorations; they create peace. Looking at them I have like a weird meditation with myself that helps me process emotions to find strength in the beauty around myself.

I love the way it sparks connections. Some pieces remind me of loved ones, experiences in my life, or sometimes I can make personal interpretations. I love there is something for everyone and how every person sees something unique. Artwork is like a story to me, that’s both personal and relatable. Art has become a silent but powerful navigator on my path and I love it.

I created this video of some of the art I found inspiring around Mayo Clinic…

Thanks for being here.

Love this! It is such an inspiring and special place. Hate the reason for being brought here, but the experience has been amazing. There is something about this place that provides a sense of hope and a healing touch in the way they approach patient care.

Chihuly’s art is so cool. My Grandma actually said something similar- there must be something universal about his work.
