A cardinal, Grandpa Jim’s Sign…

We were out placing stickers on a pole and this bird was being so loud with its song. Like all the way there and back. My Grandma debated whether it was a bird or someone whistling on a balcony. As if on cue my grandma felt an urge stop and to look up. My music also weirdly stopped playing. And I kid you not, my grandma looks perfectly up and this stunning cardinal perched on a nearby branch was belting its heart out. It felt like a message from Grandma Jim, our own personal guardian angel, a reassurance that everything would be alright.
